HelloKittyNail ("we", "our", or "us") respects the privacy of our players and visitors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you download, install, play, or interact with our mobile application Apex Pool - 3D Billiards on the Google Play Store.

• Anonymous Device & Technical Identifiers: Randomly generated GUID, device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and network latency to ensure stable multiplayer synchronization.
• Gameplay & Account Information: Nickname, avatar selection, in-game level, virtual coins (UC/Gold), match history, win/loss stats, and equipped cues stored securely on our game servers.
• Third-Party Authentication Data: If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games or Facebook Login, we receive an authentication token, public profile name, and user ID as authorized by your account permissions. We do not store your passwords.
• In-App Purchase Receipts: When you purchase virtual items (such as VIP or coin packs), transaction receipts are processed through Google Play In-App Billing (GPA order identifiers and purchase tokens). We do not collect or store credit card details or financial information.

3. Third-Party SDKs & Services

Our game integrates trusted third-party SDKs strictly conforming to the Google Play Developer Policy and certified privacy frameworks:

• Google Play Services: Cloud save, leaderboards, achievements, and sign-in authentication (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google AdMob & UMP: We display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads to keep the game free to play. In regions governed by GDPR/EEA regulations, our integrated User Messaging Platform (UMP) requests your explicit consent before displaying personalized advertisements.
• Firebase (Analytics & Remote Config): Used for crash reporting, real-time performance monitoring, and balancing game parameters (Firebase Privacy).
• Facebook SDK: For social leaderboard features and marketing attribution.
• TikTok Business SDK: For install measurement and advertising analytics.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

• To provide real-time 1v1 PvP billiards multiplayer and maintain game room states.
• To securely process in-game purchases and prevent fraudulent order replay attacks.
• To prevent cheating, hacked clients, and unauthorized memory manipulation.
• To measure stability, diagnose crash dumps, and optimize server latency worldwide.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Apex Pool is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly delete the data from our records.

We implement industry-standard AES/TLS encryption for all client-to-server data transmissions. We retain gameplay progress data for as long as your account remains active. You may request complete deletion of your account and associated game data at any time.
